Responsibilities

This summer I had a ton of tasks from working with store management, store operations, maximizing sales potential by coaching associate behaviors on sales floor and stockroom, communicated individual and team performance feedback to management, lead and modeled the company's selling and customer service standards, display expert knowledge of product and company policies and store/company strategies.

Leading and setting the store floor set of store.

Always work hard and do not take any small task for granted, every small or big task given to you is for a learning purpose and will help you grow.
