Responsibilities

-Plan and coordinate all activities that go on at the Ranch as well as work them -Assist with planning all major events such as 4th of July, Christmas, etc as well as work them -Help with horse activities as needed -Minor Front Desk work i.e. checking guests in, creating job listings

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment thus far is that I am able to have more confidence in myself. I now know that I CAN plan "this" event or handle "that" task when asked. I am more confident in the decisions I make as well.

What advice would you give?

Internships are not like a job. You are not expected to go into your Internship having all the answers or knowledge so do not feel pressured or nervous when you don't know what to do. Asking questions is the best way to learn!
