Responsibilities

- Assisted with athlete performance testing, data collection, and technology setup - Helped operate and manage performance analytics systems and equipment - Supported strength and conditioning sessions and daily weight room operations - Worked directly with athletes to monitor performance metrics and provide assistance during training - Organized and analyzed athlete data to help coaches make informed decisions - Maintained equipment, prepared training areas, and assisted with day-to-day program responsibilities

Accomplishments

During my internship alongside training athletes I also lead and helped with many side projects. We created our own apparel store to sell to the athletes and families. We sorted through and analyzed data. And we also looked for many ways to improve the program overall. One of the final things we worked on was a large SOP (standard operating procedure) document to help those coming in after us better understand the use of the technology.
