Responsibilities

-Provide excellent service to members, guest and program participants -Build relationships with members and staff -Conduct wellness coaching sessions and meet specific needs of individuals -Ability to demonstrate professional conduct and image at all time -Articulate how the YMCA transforms lives and what this position impact is -To serve as a healthy lifestyle role model for members and staff

Accomplishments

-I was able to display and communicate confidence with members at the Boone YMCA and staff. -I got a chance to expand my capabilities and skills in the programs they had me participate in at the Boone YMCA. -I was able to uplift and start something for the youth programs.

What advice would you give?

Be sure to get a lot of hands on experience and don't be afraid to take initiative when things aren't laid out for you.
