Responsibilities

Event planning, design and production within time limits. Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.

Accomplishments

I feel as though every wedding executed efficiently and smoothly is my greatest accomplishment. Getting validation after each wedding from the bride and groom, friends or family, or my bosses, I feel as though I am making a good impact on this company and presenting us well when it comes to events.

Learning experience

I adore my internship here at Seven Oaks and I am very pleased to say that working here has proved to me that Event planning is my passion and dream.

What advice would you give?

Always go into a new thing with an open mind and a good attitude. You never know what could happen and another adventure could be waiting right around the corner. Experience will always be one of the best things for you, so remember to take a step back every once in a while and take it all in.
