Responsibilities

Answer and respond to incoming calls, make reminder calls for the next days appointments, reach out to clients whom we haven't heard from recently, filing, mailing letters, preparing and sending faxes, meeting with clients as directed, and joining full time staff while they meet with clients.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment would be helping a client gain the confidence needed to ride a new Cyride route independently. This was a slow processes that we worked on over the last couple months.

What advice would you give?

Get to know your co-workers. They can become a great resource and help you along the way and you decide what comes after your internship and graduation.
