Responsibilities

My responsibilities for this internship is to learn and grow as a intern into someone that can take responsibility of supervising different roles at the resort, some responsibilities include being a lead at a hub, working with others and being a team player and taking constructive criticism to grow as a person.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment was being left alone at a building to run the hub and make sure all those in the meetings in the building are taken care of, I answer any questions and make sure that their meeting runs smoothly.

Learning experience

My greatest lesson learned is that there is always a way to grow as a person, this internship is hard work and I feel like I have been able to learn a lot from full time workers along with the supervisors, I also have learned that making connections is the best thing to do in an internship.

What advice would you give?

Be ready to work hard, but if you take control of your internship and summer you can get a lot out of this internship. Make connections and ask questions and take advise from those that have gone through the same thing.
