Responsibilities

I was responsible for hosting one-on-one meetings with students to talk about private loans they borrowed or how to repay the loans they had in school. I was also responsible for certifying loans and putting on holds relating to student's loans. I was trained on basic financial aid so I could answer questions when students or parents called in. Finally, I made appointments and answered calls relating to financial aid.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment from this experience is breaking out of my comfort zone to help people. I never had the experience of talking to people about money so I was nervous at first. Then I stepped out of my comfort zone and accomplished new things.

What advice would you give?

Be willing to try new things and put 100% effort into everything you do.
