Responsibilities

During my internship some of my key responsibilities was to follow floor plans to set up the store to company standards,Possessing keys to the store while performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of management. I also help style customers so they look and feel their best and I also driving revenue by proactively managing the client experience while effectively performing Manager on Duty responsibilities.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment while working with The Loft was taking all the clothing in a section of the store and replacing it with all new clothing for the season. It was so cool to see the way it changed the whole layout of the store.

Learning experience

I learned the visual layout of a store sets the mood for the store and the way the customers shop.

Make the most of your internship by networking and asking lots of questions that can help you with your future career.
