I was offered the supervisor position during my internship through May.

Learning experience

Be calm with children. They will respond better to you. You can't be everyone's best friend when in the supervisor role.

What advice would you give?

Make sure you have a passion for working with children/adults on a close level. If you don't the job won't be rewarding for you. I have seen people very excited about their work every day and I have also seen people who hate the job they have. If you are not passionate about the job it makes the experience worse for the client.
