Responsibilities

I am responsible for property tours to prospects and parents, which includes: recruiting, coordinating, and leading focus groups. I also use social media tools to increase exposure and gain brand awareness.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment from my experience so far was getting 6 people to sign a lease with us in a day. We work really hard to try and get leases signed and I was able to persuade those 6 people to sign at Aspen vs. somewhere else.

Learning experience

The greatest lesson I have learned is to always come into work willing to learn and try new things. I have been given a lot of opportunities at work that I didn't think I would have. I have been pushed out of my comfort zone which has made me a more confident person.

What advice would you give?

My advice to future students is to always come into work with an open mind and be open to trying new things! You might find out you have a passion in something else that you did not expect.
