Assist with onsite wellness screenings Develop and lead educational presentations Design a 4-week wellness challenge Write and design electronic wellness handouts Create professional display board for health fair Promote corporate wellness services in the community Assist with corporate wellness services

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment was that I did a 30 minute presentation on mindfulness and burnout to employees from the hospital in Waterloo. I took almost the full 30 minutes and I really gained good experience from it!

What advice would you give?

Get ahead and stay ahead. It takes a lot of stress off of your shoulders if you are well prepared for your next opportunity. Always keep an open mind. There are a lot of different ways to doing things, and somebody else might be able to help you out.
