Responsibilities included: Managed staff schedules, hiring, corrective actions, engaging in person served programming, training staff, followed state policies, and planned events.
Assisted my team in creating a new scheduling system and regained control of the budget by cutting unneeded overtime hours, while maintaining quality care and building better culture for staff.
I can’t be afraid of criticism or to think outside of the box.
What advice would you give?
Utilize mindfulness and self reflection as much as possible. Also, take notes on how to properly write documentation!!!
