Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment during my internship at ETS Performance was gaining the trust of both the staff and the athletes to lead parts of the training sessions on my own.

Learning experience

One of the greatest lessons I learned during my internship at ETS was to be confident in myself and to be coachable.

What advice would you give?

My advice would be to be coachable and ready to learn. Always ask questions when you are unsure of something.
