Participate in training sessions, observe and shadow performance coach during training sessions of various ages, skill levels and protocols, attend coach meetings, assist with maintaining facility, support performance coach with updated athlete files
Accomplishments
Creating member performance development plans and planning workouts to train performance athletes.
What advice would you give?
My advice would be to go to a facility like Ignit where you have the opportunity to participate in many different aspects of the fitness industry. I thought it was very beneficial to work with a large variety of ages, populations, and group sizes.
