It is my responsibility to deliver great service to customers and to satisfy them while operating and managing the service. This includes: greeting visitors, dealing with requests and complaints or problems, taking calls and messages, answering all customer inquiries, entering customer data, and maintaining security.


My greatest accomplishment is to learn how to treat people. I usually deal with more than a hundred people each day, which made me feel like I would never get used to it at first. But now I am confident that I can determine customers' needs faster than anyone else.

Learning experience

The greatest lesson I learned during this internship is don't get scared to start. Before I started my internship, I was anxious about the vague fear that I would make a mistake. After I started, I adjusted well to a new environment and didn't even have the things I was worried about.

What advice would you give?

Don't be afraid to ask questions and broaden the scope of experience by taking every opportunity you can.
