Responsibilities

Analyze data from the past week's sales, creating a report and summary of selling items. Decided what need to be markdowns from the sales, and presented to my boss. allocated warehouse inventory based on sales and stock for shipment to stores. assisted with the upcoming season's purchasing based on the target customer. Created PO's for upcoming season products.

Accomplishments

The greatest accomplishment during my internship was the progress and growth throughout the summer. I learned so much during those weeks and it showed through my work. I got a lot of praise for the work I was doing and it felt good.

Learning experience

Never be scared to ask for help. The more questions you have the better. You don't know everything and your gonna need help at some point so don't be afraid to ask. Always have a notebook or something to take notes on. You can easily forget a task or thought when there are multiple things happening at once, it's better to write things down.

What advice would you give?

Make sure you plan your week out. Find out what assignments you have, make a plan, put it in your calendar, and stick to it. Do not procrastinate or you will have many late nights. Most importantly, know that you CAN do this. It will be hard, but it will be worth it
