Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment from my experience was being able to figure out what I wanted to do with my career path. I was able to learn what I liked and didn't like. I was also able to gain more confidence personally and professionally.

Learning experience

The biggest lesson I learned through my experience is that just because your emphasis is in one area does not mean you are stuck to that one role/ job. If you are interested in something follow through with that and see where it gets you.

What advice would you give?

Take initiative to: Set up get to know you coffee/ lunches If possible, do smaller projects Volunteer for different events within the company Make the most of your time Ask for help when you need it Lastly, don't pretend you know everything and always be honest if you don't, they enjoy teaching and sharing their experiences/ knowledge of the industry
