Accomplishments

During the internship you pick a department/brand to complete your project on. I picked Willow & Root and built the brand through Visual Merchandising, education with the team, leadership, sponsorship and Aptos reports.

What advice would you give?

Buckle is a very fast paced environment. This internship is on the sales floor, but that is where you learn the most of how a company functions. To be successful in a Corporate position it is important to know how the business works from the retail store.
