Accomplishments
My greatest accomplishment from this experience is coming out of my shyness. I was able to initiate conversations and be more helpful with their rehabilitation process.
What advice would you give?
My advice for students to go into your internship everyday with a positive mindset. Once being at your internship for a period of time the excitement can sometimes wear off. However, the patients/clients normally look forward to coming in and seeing/having conversations with you, so if you have a positive attitude that will encourage them to have one as well.
