The Culinary Science Club is hosting a Coffee and Scones 101 Workshop featuring Kansas City’s The Roasterie Coffee company. You’ll enjoy coffee tastings and demonstrations by a coffee expert from The Roasterie. You’ll gain an understanding of multiple coffee methods including cold brew and pour over. The Culinary Science Club will demonstrate how to make scones, teaching you the basics of great-tasting scones and sharing samples to try.
Space is limited to 40. This workshop is open to the public and the cost is $30.
