Iowa State’s Fall Culinary Discovery Day is designed for teachers to select up to two students and bring them to campus on November 3. Both teachers and students will engage in hands-on learning, explore campus labs, connect with faculty, and learn more about the careers related to the food industry. Activities include a sensory cooking demo, tour of the Iowa State Creamery, and an ice cream social with students who are majoring in Culinary Food Science.
