Reporting Internships

  • To submit internship information:
  • Login to your CyHire account with your ISU NetID (SSO)
  • Click “+ Report Experience” for During School/Internship under “Outcomes” in the middle of your homepage
  • Click “Accepted Internship”
  • Fill in your internship information and click “Submit”
  • Alternatively, you may add experiences within your Profile in CyHire.

Reporting Post-Graduation Plans

Each year, we collect data from all College of Health and Human Sciences graduates regarding employment, continuing education, location, salary, and more.

This information is used in aggregated data reports, and your name will never appear in the report. The data is used for many important purposes, including program accreditation, university and college statistics, current and prospective student questions, and more.

If you know your plans following graduation, please use the instructions below to report them in CyHire.

  • Login to your CyHire (link that to iastate.12twenty.com/Login) account with your ISU NetID (SSO)
  • Click on the “Profile” tab on the left of your home screen
  • Select the “+Add Experience or Status” in the Timeline section to enter and hit “submit” when finished

Employment Statistics

Highlights from the 2022-2023 academic year:

  • Over 96% of reporting bachelor’s graduates achieved positive career outcomes within six months of graduation. Over 72% of these graduates reported that they had accepted employment, and over 23% were continuing their education.
  • Over 95% of reporting master’s and 100% of reporting Ph.D. graduates achieved positive career outcomes within six months of graduation.

Positive career outcomes: The term “positive career outcomes” includes full or part-time/temporary employment, pursuing graduate/professional school, including additional undergraduate education and accredited dietetic internships, and volunteer service. The percentage is based on those actively engaged in search – “respondents” minus those “not seeking.” View the yearly reports for full details.
