Welcome, Future Cyclone!

Iowa State’s College of Health and Human Sciences awards scholarships to transfer students each year.

The Fall 2027 incoming transfer scholarship application will open in September 2026.

OneApp will ask you various questions about your academic and career goals, community and school involvement, honors and awards, work experience, and other areas as required by certain scholarship requirements. Scholarship application reviewers want to know about YOU and how your passions, interests, and accomplishments will help to move humanity forward. Complete the General and College of Health and Human Sciences applications in OneApp to be considered.

The College of Health and Human Sciences does not automatically renew scholarships from year to year. Students must complete their OneApp each year to be considered for scholarships.

How do I sign into OneApp?

If you have not yet created your university Net-ID or are waiting to accept your offer of admission, you can still apply for scholarships. Use the admissions MyAccount credentials you created when you applied to Iowa State or registered for a campus visit.

If you have already created your university Net-ID, sign in to OneApp with your university credentials.

Completing OneApp

Remember to complete the General and College of Health and Human Sciences applications. OneApp will use these applications to automatically match you to scholarships for which you meet the review criteria. OneApp may also recommend additional scholarship opportunities for you to explore.

FAFSA

All students should complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to qualify for institutional and federal financial aid. Iowa State University’s federal school code is 001869. Check the Office of Student Financial Aid website to confirm Iowa State’s priority FAFSA filing deadline. Students who file after the priority deadline are still considered for federal aid programs.
