Faculty Focus: Sarah Francis

Sarah Francis is a human scientist in the Iowa State University Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition. She is also a Iowa State University Extension state specialist. She focuses on developing nutrition education and wellness programing for older adults and underserved audiences.
