Kinesiology professor’s type 2 diabetes research featured in multiple news outlets: DC Lee, associate professor of kinesiology, was featured in U.S. News and World Report, CNN-US, KCCI Channel 8 News, HealthDay, EurekAlert! and Health News Digest for his research on exercise and type 2 diabetes. The study found that increasing muscle strength could help decrease one’s risk of type 2 diabetes.
