Responsibilities

A few of my responsibilities were prepping food for the next work day, preparing food for the line that night, cooking at a station, and interacting with the customers while I made their food for them.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment was getting a task and then doing it 100% correctly without asking questions or needing assistance from a culinary supervisor or sous chef.

Learning experience

I learned to manage my time a lot throughout the experience and to be more confident in what I already know.

What advice would you give?

It is good to do a lot of different types of internships so you can figure out what you like, and don't be afraid to do an internship that doesn't seem like the fun you might like.
