Accomplishments

I was able to independently lead exercise programs for individuals with various chronic diseases and disabilities.

Learning experience

The personal aspect of personal training is more important than the training aspect. You can be a good trainer with lots of knowledge, but great trainers have the ability to be personable and create meaningful relationships.

What advice would you give?

Don't worry about ending up in the exact field that you want to be in. Try anything and everything because you never know where you might end up.
