Establishing and building positive relationships with guests. Maintaining financial control including food costs and labor management.Assisting in employee relations including supervision and training.Performing production management/quality operations management.Managing the facility and properly handling all cash and book-work for the day.

Accomplishments

My ability to learn all the positions quickly and then manage other employees on the specific positions. Developing professional working relationships with the employees I managed, while being trusted and respected as a manager.

What advice would you give?

Hard work weighs more than anything and having a good attitude goes a long way to learning more and being a better resource
