Responsibilities

My responsibilities include but are not excluded to spotting and teaching proper weight lifting form at both Premier trained schools and at the Athletic Club of Ames. Also assisting and or running speed and agility sessions at Premier trained schools and at the Athletic Club of Ames.

Accomplishments

I feel like my greatest accomplishment would be growing rapport with the athletes I worked with and my collogues. Building good professional relationships was a good thing to make this experience such a positive experience for me. Building good rapport with the athletes gets you invested in their success and it brings the best out of everyone involved.

Learning experience

The greatest lesson I learned is the most growth you'll get in this field is putting yourself in an uncomfortable experience. If you stay comfortable all the time your growth in this profession won't happen like you'd like it to.
