Responsibilities
Coached athletes in speed, agility, strength, and conditioning sessions. Helped demonstrate exercises and correct technique during workouts. Set up and cleaned training equipment before and after sessions. Lead with athlete warm ups, drills, and cool downs. Lead and assisted with athlete testing and basic record keeping.
Accomplishments
I was able to help athletes reach their goals, help with improving mobility, strength, speed, and overall experience
Learning experience
Disagreeing with management doesn’t mean we have to stop doing what we love.
