Responsibilities

Some of my responsibilities during my internship has been taking store inventory, assisting in bridal appointments and fittings, assisting in sewing projects, pulling and putting back dresses, changing mannequins and window displays, and reorganizing filing systems.

Accomplishments

Some of my greatest accomplishments are taking my first bridal appointment alone and doing their full store inventory by myself.

Learning experience

Some of the greatest lessons I learned was the amount of work and time that goes into wedding dresses and how close you can become with the brides. Another lesson I learned was that sometimes the smallest tasks can reap the greatest rewards.

What advice would you give?

Some advice I have is to take chances and go for your dreams, this internship has really helped me get out of my shell and give me a clearer vision of what I want my future to look like.
