Responsibilities

•Execute set-up and tear down of Puck Shop merchandise •Responsible for displaying and arranging merchandise to promote sales •Maintain merchandise inventory and complete merchandise sales reports •Monitor, analyze and report on merchandising performance results •Drive revenue growth through timely and impactful merchandise strategies

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment from this internship was getting to run The Puck Shop on my own and being able to decide the setup. I had total control over the visual merchandising of The Puck Shop and I had many compliments throughout the season telling me how great The Puck Shop looked.

What advice would you give?

My advice to students is to take advantage of any and all opportunities to enhance your knowledge. You don't have to go to New York or Los Angeles to find an internship that is beneficial to you.
