Responsibilities

During my internship at Buckle I have learned product knowledge and many leadership skills. Helping to lead my team and teach them what they need to know to sell the product. I have learned many management skills that I will need for the future. For example I learned that being a manager is more than just being in charge, it is also making sure you can handle certain things when they come up.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment was selling over 769 tops in the last two months. I made a goal at the beginning of my internship to move our ranking from 326 to 226. We moved all the way down to 281 and I felt very accomplished with how many overall units of tops we sold.

Learning experience

The greatest lesson I learned is that being the hardest worker will help you out in the long run.

What advice would you give?

Some advice I would give to make sure your internship will help you get your dream job and to focus on what you want in life.
