- Afternoon Session 2: From Sketchbook to the Fashion Runway – Transform your artistic visions into wearable art. Participants will explore the essential skills of fashion illustration. (1 MacKay Hall, 1:10 to 2 p.m.)

- Afternoon Session 1: Go Behind the Counter: Sparks Cafe Back of the House Tour – Get a close up look at what it takes to run a Hospitality focused Foodservice facility at our student-run cafe. (Sparks Cafe, 4th floor of the Student Innovation Center, 12:05 to 12:50 p.m.)
- Afternoon Session 2: Getting What You “Knead” with Hospitality Management – Learn about the preparation needed for bakeshop operations. (3238 Student Innovation Center, 1:10 to 2 p.m.)

- Afternoon Session 1: Technological Applications in Event Management – Learn about the many cutting-edge technological tools to which Event Management students have access including event sound and lighting equipment and multimedia devices (11 MacKay, 12:05 to 12:50 p.m.)
- Afternoon Session 2: Corporate, Social, Sports, and Entertainment: An Introduction to Event Management – See what it’s like being an Event Management student by joining our Conference and Meeting Planning course. (2155 Marston, 1:10 to 2 p.m.)
