Responsibilities

I learned a lot regarding E-Commerce and how the sample to pushing live process goes each month. I gained insight into styling for different brands and what a typical photoshoot day looks like. Additionally, I completed many tasks and gained hands-on experience in the industry that will serve me well in the future. I helped to create email specs and merchandised pages on the website. On a monthly basis, I attended "Big Ideas" meetings with the buyers.

Accomplishments

I enjoyed working with the stylists and meeting so many new people. I felt like I was part of the team and was included on decisions. My greatest accomplishment was being able to style out the products on my own towards the end of my internship.

What advice would you give?

Always be willing to try new things and go outside of your comfort zone in your future internship. Additionally, when it comes to finding internships, don't be afraid to reach out to recruiters via LinkedIn!
