Student Ambassadors

What made you fall in love with Iowa State? Are you excited about your major and future career? Do you want to share your story with others? Becoming a student ambassador is a volunteer leadership opportunity where you can share your experience with prospective students and their guests at recruitment-related events. You’ll gain valuable leadership experience and build a community with your fellow ambassadors.

Dean’s Student Advisory Council

Join a group of graduate and undergraduate students who provide a forum where student representative advise the Dean on policy matters. Members share ways academic and administrative policies, issues and information affect students with the goal to enhance the educational experience for all students in the college. Typically, this group meets with the Dean twice per semester.

Human Sciences Student Council

Consider joining the Human Sciences Student Council! It’s a student organization that coordinates and represents the colleges student groups/organizations, works with students, faculty and administration, and represents the college at the university level. We are the students’ voice! It’s a great opportunity to gain leadership skills and make a difference.
