Get Schooled in Opportunities
The College of Human Sciences Career Services, Teacher Education Services, and the School of Education are partnering to connect educational institutions with students seeking employment in school settings through the Teacher Education Career Fair.
Students and alumni from throughout the ISU Educator Preparation Program, as well as those from other teacher education programs, are invited to attend. Anyone else who is seeking employment as a teacher, exploring student teaching options, or looking for ways to enhance their professional communication and networking skills is welcome to participate. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from school districts and other organizations at the fair.
If you will soon be graduating from Iowa State’s teacher education program, we strongly encourage you to attend as you begin your search for full-time employment. Career fairs are a great way to learn about openings and build relationships with school officials.

The Teacher Education Career Fair is held each spring. Information on the spring 2025 career fair will be added as it becomes available.
Employer Registration Information

- When open, employer registration is coordinated through CyHire. After logging into CyHire, registrants must complete the registration form for the specific fair they are interested in participating in. Registrants without a CyHire account must first register for a CyHire account and then register for the career fair, after their general account has been approved.
